Architectural Guidelines

The Glenwood Seasons Declaration and Covenants, Restrictions and Easements require homeowners to approval of the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) before undertaking improvements, alterations, change of paint colors, excavations or any other work that in any way alters the exterior appearance of any property within the Glenwood Seasons Owners Association.

The guidelines have been provided to all homeowners prior to closing on their homes. The guidelines were written to help both the homeowner and the ARC carry out the obligations that we all assumed when we decided to live in the Glenwood Seasons Community. The guidelines explain how the ARC functions and provide homeowners with specific guidance concerning what alterations are acceptable and unacceptable in the community.
